Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or supplier restrictions.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at davidbuob72@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
